摘要
目的探讨益心健脑汤联合运动想象疗法佐治脑梗死的临床疗效及对患者神经功能的影响。方法选取医院2017年9月至2019年9月收治的脑梗死患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。两组患者均予脑梗死基础治疗及运动想象疗法治疗,观察组患者加用益心健脑汤口服。两组均持续治疗4周。结果观察组总有效率为88.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、中国卒中量表(CSS)评分及胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、细胞间黏附因子-1(ICAM-1)、血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分及生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(11.67%比6.67%,P>0.05)。结论益心健脑汤联合运动想象疗法佐治脑梗死,能改善神经功能,降低脑损伤标志物水平,提升生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yixin Jiannao Decoction combined with motor imagery therapy in the adjuvant treatment of cerebral infarction and its effect on the neurological function of patients.Methods Totally 120 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given basic treatment of cerebral infarction and motor imagery therapy,on this basis,the patients in the observation group took Yixin Jiannao Decoction orally.Both groups were continuously treated for 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.33%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Chinese Stroke Scale(CSS),the levels of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),intercellular adhesion factor-1(ICAM-1)and plasma endothelin-1(ET-1)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the scores of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and quality of life in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(11.67%vs.6.67%,P>0.05).Conclusion Yixin Jiannao Decoction combined with motor imagery therapy in the adjuvant treatment of patients with cerebral infarction can improve neurological function,reduce the levels of brain injury markers and improve the quality of life.
