摘要
"家禽生产学"是一门实践性较强的必修课,在国内家禽养殖业得到快速发展的背景 下,家禽生产学教学很难培养满足现代家禽产业发展需求的应用型人才.因此,本文深入的分析和探讨这一门课程教学期间具有的问题和缺陷,并对教学内容、教学手段、评价方式等全面提出该改革的思路和举措,供同行参考.以期提升该课程的教学质量和水平,培养学生理论结合实践的能力,为家禽养殖业输送的应用型人才.
Poultry production is a compulsory course with strong practicality.Under the background of rapid development of domestic poultry industry,it is difficult to cultivate applied talents to meet the development needs of modern poultry industry.Therefore,this paper deeply analyzes and discusses the problems and defects of this course during the teaching period,and comprehensively puts forward the ideas and measures of the reform on the teaching content,teaching means,evaluation methods,etc.,for the reference of peers.In order to improve the teaching quality and level of the course,cultivate students’ability of combining theory with practice,and provide applied talents for poultry industry.
