摘要
随着全球文化交流的日渐紧密,加快国际化教育的发展已成为必然趋势。近年来,我国民办高校的留学生数量逐渐增加,在提升民办高校影响力的同时,也带来一定压力。由于我国民办高校存在起步较晚、发展较慢、培育留学生经验不足、资助政策不完善等问题;加之政府提供的奖学金名额有限,标准较低,高校自身的资助政策更是少之又少,这在一定程度上影响了我国民办高校教育发展的国际化。本文旨在借鉴韩国私立大学留学生资助政策,对我国民办高校及政府提出建议,以提高我国民办高校在国际上的影响力。
Nowadays,the international exchange is increasingly close,and the internationalization of education has become an inevitable trend.There are more and more foreign students coming to China to study,and the number of foreign students choosing private universities to study is also increasing.However,private colleges and universities started late in China,with a short history of development,a short recruitment time for international students,and imperfect policies for supporting international students.The number ofscholarships provided by the government is in short supply, and the standard of government scholarships per student is low, and the funding of colleges and universities is even less, which to some extent affects the internationalization of the development of private colleges and universities in China. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to draw lessons from the foreign student funding policy of South Korean private universities, and make suggestions to the private universities and the government in China, so as to improve the international influence of private universities in China.
