摘要
目的:研究超薄瓷贴面的应用对于前牙微创美容修复效果的影响。方法:对我院收治的56例前牙接受微创美容修复治疗的患者为研究对象,患牙共计188颗,给予超薄瓷贴面修复。对修复后1年随访,修复效果评估。结果:随访修复1年后,56例患者188颗患牙瓷贴面,发生破损4颗,发生脱落5颗,修复体成功率达95.2%;统计患者对修复体的满意度,满意48例、一般5例、不满意3例、满意度达94.6%;修复后生活质量评分明显优于修复前(P<0.05)。结论:超薄瓷贴面应用于前牙微创美容修复可以取得理想效果,值得推广应用。
Objective:Ultra-thin porcelain stickers face the impact of minimally invasive cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth.Methods:56 patients with 188 teeth were repaired with ultra-thin porcelain veneer.The repair effect was followed up 1 year after repair.Results:4 damaged and 5 lost,the repair success rate was 95.2%;the restoration satisfaction was 94.6%;the quality of life after restoration was better than before restoration(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ultra-thin porcelain veneer has an ideal repair effect.
