摘要
防止传染病通过国境口岸传入传出是海关卫生检疫工作的法定职责。在口岸卫生检疫工作中,卫生检疫关员需排查处置各类传染病疫情,面对复杂的检疫现场,保护检疫关员在工作中免受感染是各口岸共同关注的问题。本文将无菌防护意识引入卫生检疫现场,探讨个体防护、职业暴露风险防护和分区管理与无菌防护意识的关系,指出无菌防护意识的建立对做好个人感染防护、职业暴露风险防护和现场检疫管理具有指导作用;建议卫生检疫关员牢固树立无菌防护意识,加强无菌防护技能学习,防止自身感染事件发生。
It is the legal duty of health inspection to prevent the infectious diseases spread through frontier ports.The inspection officers need to deal with various epidemic situation of infectious disease,faced to the complicated inspection situation in field. It is a common concern to protect inspection officers from being infected. This paper introduced axenic protection concept to the on-site health inspection,discussed the relationship between personal protection,occupational exposure,partitioned management and axenic consciousness. The axenic consciousness had a guiding role in the personal protection,occupational exposure prevention and on-site health inspection. It is recom-mended that health inspection officers should establish axenic consciousness,strengthen the axenic skills training,prevent and control to be infected.
