摘要
随着智能工厂兴起,新型DCS由单一的控制系统融合较多的智能元素而发展成为了一体化生产信息控制平台,该文介绍了新型DCS系统的功能和特点,重点分析了新型DCS在岩藻黄素生产中批量控制和视频嵌入DCS技术的应用,总结了新型DCS的实际应用效果,为精细化工行业智能工厂建设提供了一种全新的探索思路与方法。
With intelligent factory booming,the new DCS has developed from a single control system integrating more intelligent elements into an integration platform for production information control.The functions and characteristics of the new DCS system are introduced,the application of new DCS in batch control and video embedded DCS technology in fucoxanthin production emphatically analyzed,and the practical application effect of the new DCS is summarized,which providing a new exploration idea and method for the construction of intelligent factory in fine chemical industry.
