摘要
放卷系统位于卷绕装备的前端,柔性膜放卷张力控制的精度直接影响后续工位的加工精度和产品质量,时变卷径和速度扰动是放卷张力控制的难点。该文对放卷系统的基板动力学进行研究,建立了放卷基板的张力和速度模型,设计了放卷辊的串级张力控制模式,将模糊PID算法应用于放卷张力控制,选择了合适的张力输入输出论域、语言变量及其隶属函数,建立了PID参数修正的模糊规则表。基于Matlab/Simulink平台进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明,模糊PID控制能显著减小放卷张力的超调量,有效抑制速度扰动时的张力波动,对时变卷径的鲁棒性好。
The unwinding system locate at the front of the roll to roll equipment,the tension control precision of the unwinding flexible web directly affects the manufacturing accuracy and product quality of the next stations.The key difficulties of the web tension control of the unwinding system are time-varying radius and velocity variation.The paper studies the web dynamics of the unwinding system,establish the tension and velocity model,and designs a cascade control mode of the web tension.The fuzzy PID algorithm is applied to the web tension control of the unwinding system.With appropriate tension inputs and outputs universe,linguistic variables and their membership functions,we establish the fuzzy rule tables for PID parameters correction.The simulation is carried out with Matlab/Simulink software.The results show distinct decreases of the web tension overshoots with fuzzy PID controller,strong disturbance rejection to the step variation of the web velocity,and better robustness with time-varying radius.
