日粮添加全株饲用谷子青贮对阳原驴育肥性能和机体抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Addition of Whole-plant Hybrid Foxtail Silage on Fattening Traits and Antioxidant Capacity of Yangyuan Donkey

摘要 本研究旨在探索全株饲用谷子青贮对育肥期阳原驴生长性能的影响及饲喂后肉驴血清抗氧化能力变化。选择24头阳原驴随机均分为试验组和对照组。对照组肉驴以花生秧干草+玉米秸秆饲喂,试验组以全株饲用谷子青贮按干物质(DM)比例1:1替代花生秧干草。预试期10 d,正试期70 d,每隔2周称重,结束当日取血样测定总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(DSH-Px)活性和丙二醇(MDA)含量。结果表明,同对照组相比,试验组日均采食量增加显著(5.24±0.96 vs.6.05±0.94,P<0.05),前2周试验组和对照组并未出现显著的增重差异(P=0.672),在第3~6周期间,试验组日均增重均显著增加(P<0.05),第7~10周,出现极显著增加(P<0.01)。试验组血清T-AOC和DSH-Px活性较对照组显著提高(P<0.05),MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),SOD无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上,育肥期阳原驴日粮中添加全株饲用谷子青贮能够增加肉驴的采食量,提高育肥期日增重,增强肉驴机体抗氧化能力。 In order to study the effect of addition of whole-plant hybrid foxtail silage on growth performance and body antioxidant capacity of Yangyuan Donkey,24 Yangyuan Donkeys were divided randomly and averagely into a trail group and a control group.The donkeys in control group were fed with peanut vine and corn stalk,while in the trail group peanut vine was substituted with hybrid foxtail silage of same dry matter(DM)weight.After 10 days of pre-test period,the formal trail lasted for 70 days and those donkeys were weighted every two weeks.On the 70 th day,blood samples of all donkeys were taken to analyze the activities of T-AOC,SOD,DSH-Px and MDA content.The results showed that,in contrast to the control group,the trail group showed an significant increase in feed intake(5.24±0.96 vs.6.05±0.94,P<0.05).In the first 2 weeks,no significant difference was observed in daily average weight gain between two groups(P=0.672).However,the differences were enlarged in the next four weeks(P<0.05).In the last four weeks,the differences were extremely significant(P<0.01).Remarkably,activities of T-AOC and DSH-Px in trail group increased(P<0.05)and MDA content decreased(P<0.05).No significant difference between the two groups was found in SOD(P>0.05).As a conclusion,addition of hybrid foxtail silage increased the feed intake and daily weight gain of fattening Yangyuan Donkey and enhanced its body antioxidant capacity.
