摘要
目的探讨V形美容切口在腮腺肿瘤手术中的应用价值。方法收集我院手术治疗的腮腺肿瘤病人28例,一组16例病人采用经典的S形切口,另一组12例病人采用V形美容切口,两组病人均行腮腺部分切除术、浅叶切除术和全腮腺切除术,评估围手术期各指标,包括手术时间、估计出血量、引流量、住院时间,术后并发症包括暂时性面瘫、味觉出汗综合征、涎瘘形成、耳垂麻木、复发,同时对术后面部外观的患者满意度进行评价。结果两组病人的面部外观满意度差别具有统计学意义,在手术用时、术中出血量、引流量、住院天数、暂时性面瘫、涎瘘和味觉出汗综合征等方的差异无明显统计学意义。结论腮腺肿瘤采用V形美容切口切除,切口相对隐蔽,术后美容效果良好,而且不增加手术难度和术后并发症。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of cosmetic V-shaped incision in parotidectomy.Methods:Twenty-eight patients with parotid gland tumor were collected and randomly divided into 2 groups:cosmetic V-shaped incision group(n=12)and traditional s-shaped incision group(n=16).Patients of two groups were performed cosmetic V-shaped incision or traditional s-shaped incision for parotidectomy respectively.Perioperative outcomes were evaluated,including operation time,estimated hemorrhage volume,drainage volume,hospital stay.Then postoperative complications were evaluated,including temporary facial paralysis,Frey's syndrome,salivary fistula formation,earlobe numb and recurrence.Results:The operation time,hemorrhage volume,drainage volume,temporary facial paralysis,Frey's syndrome in the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05),while there was significant difference in facial appearance satisfaction between two groups.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cosmetic v-shaped incision for parotidectomy has good cosmetic effect,without increasing the difficulty of operation and postoperative complications.
