摘要
随着经济快速发展,生产自动化、数字化进程不断加快,当下水泵制造行业交流电机定子生产中,效率低下、成品率不高、工人劳动强度大等问题愈发凸显,交流电机定子生产亟待提升装备制造技术自动化,实现智能化转型升级。为此,提出了一系列的改善方案,以提高定子生产效率与生产质量,对相关企业实现定子的自动化生产具有重要的借鉴意义。
With the rapid development of economy,the process of production automation and digitization is accelerating.At present,the problems of low efficiency,low yield and high labor intensity of workers in the production of AC motor stator in the water pump manufacturing industry have become increasingly prominent.The production of AC motor stator needs to improve the automation of equipment manufacturing technology and realize intelligent transformation and upgrading.Therefore,this paper puts forward a series of improvement schemes to improve the production efficiency and quality of stator,which also has important reference significance for related enterprises to realize the automatic production of stator.
