摘要
在当前环境下,法律意识属于社会主义法治建设中最为关键的部分,而在高职院校中对大学生进行法律意识的培养是非常重要的工作。所以高职院校应从思政教育角度出发,对大学生开展科学合理的法律意识培养教育,使得学生明确法律意识的重要性,并不断提升大学生法律素养,确保其能够在当前环境下稳定健康的发展。因此本文就主要针对高职学生法律意识的培养进行分析,明确其重要性的同时,制定完善对策,让学生能够在思政教育中强化自身法律意识,为增强高职学生法律素养、树立法律信仰提供保障,也能更好地促进我国社会稳定健康的发展和进步。
In the current environment, legal awareness is the most critical part of the socialist legal construction, and it is very important to cultivate the legal awareness of college students in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, from the perspective of Ideological and political education, higher vocational colleges should carry out scientific and reasonable legal awareness training education for college students, so as to make students clear the importance of legal awareness, and constantly improve the legal literacy of college students, so as to ensure their stable and healthy development in the current environment. Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the cultivation of higher vocational students’ legal consciousness, clarifies its importance, and formulates perfect countermeasures, so that students can strengthen their own legal consciousness in Ideological and political education, provide guarantee for enhancing higher vocational students’ legal literacy and establishing legal belief, and better promote the development and progress of China’s social stability and health.
