打造扬州科教和科普名城路径研究

On the Ways to Build a Famous City of Science and Education and Popular Science in Yangzhou

摘要 2013—2019年江苏省十三个地市青少年科技创新成果大赛、辅导员科技创新成果大赛成绩表明:辅导员科创成绩与青少年科创大赛成绩呈正向分布。各市GDP、R&D经费占GDP比重、万人发明专利授权量等三个方面的排名与青少年科技比赛排名成正相关关系。基于此,提高全民科学素养科普工作可从以下几个方面展开,落实《全民科学素质行动计划刚要实施方案》、推进科普基地及信息化平台建设、推进科普活动的开展,助力扬州打造新兴科创名城。 This paper analyzes the achievements of the Youth Science Innovation Achievement Competition and the Counselors’Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Competition in 13 cities of Jiangsu Province from 2013 to 2019,which shows that there is a positive distribution between the results of counselors and the ones of Youth science and technology competition.Combined with the GDP ranking of each city,the proportion of R&D funds to GDP and the number of invention patents authorized by 10000 people are positively correlated with the ranking of youth science and technology competitions.For the purpose of popularizing science for all citizens,the paper comes up with some specific measures,such as implementing The Implementation Plan of the National Action Plan for Scientific Literacy,promoting the construction of popular science bases and information platforms,and promoting the development of popular science activities,thus helping build a famous emerging city of scientific innovation.
