摘要
以烤烟品种吉烟9号为试材,研究不同起垄培土方式对烟叶品质的影响,结果表明:在团棵期、圆顶期高起垄处理单株叶面积与低起垄处理相比分别增加11.55%、7.14%,且其公顷产量、上等烟比例比低起垄处理分别提高10.84%、1.6个百分点。高起垄处理烟碱、钾含量分别高于低起垄处理0.42、0.19个百分点,两处理的施木克值、还原糖/烟碱比值均偏高,但高起垄处理更接近适宜范围。高起垄处理的单叶重、叶片厚度均大于低起垄处理,而含梗率比低起垄处理低0.43个百分点。高起垄处理的致香物质总量高于低起垄处理61.51%,其中,高起垄处理叶片中棕色化产物、类胡萝卜素、新植二烯类物质含量分别比低起垄处理提高27.49%、10.57%和74.93%;高起垄处理评吸结果优于低起垄处理,香气更为丰富、杂气较小且余味微滞。综合来看,高起垄揭膜后培大土的栽培方式使得烟叶内在化学成分趋于协调,可用性变好,香气含量有所增加。
The effects of different ridging and soil cultivation methods on tobacco quality were studied with flue-cured tobacco variety Jiyan 9 as test material.The results showed that the leaf area per plant of high ridging treatment increased by 11.55%and 7.14%respectively compared with that of low ridging treatment,and the yield per hectare and the proportion of superior tobacco increased by 10.84%and 1.6%respectively.The contents of nicotine and potassium in the high ridging treatment were 0.42%and 0.19%higher than those in the low ridging treatment,and the simuke value and reducing sugar/nicotine ratio of the two treatments were higher,but the high ridging treatment was closer to the appropriate range.The single leaf weight and leaf thickness of high ridging treatment were higher than that of low ridging treatment,while the stem percentage of high ridging treatment was 0.43%lower than that of low ridging treatment.The content of browning products,carotenoids and neophytadienes in leaves of high ridging treatment were 27.49%,10.57%and 74.93%higher than those of low ridging treatment,respectively;the evaluation results of high ridging treatment were better than that of low ridging treatment,with richer aroma,less miscellaneous gas and slightly stagnant aftertaste.In conclusion,the cultivation method of high ridging and film removing and soil cultivation made the internal chemical components of tobacco tend to be coordinated,the usability improved,and the aroma content increased.
