摘要
对于高瓦斯矿井,在工作面回采过程中需解决瓦斯涌出量偏大等问题,本文以屯兰矿12507工作面为例,介绍了工作面及通风系统,并分析了12507工作面的瓦斯来源。在此基础上,提出了基于合理配置通风量、减小采空区漏风、减小通风压差的通风系统优化措施,以及本煤层顺层钻孔预抽、上邻近层高低位长钻孔预抽、下邻近层底抽巷内本煤层钻孔预抽、采空区埋管抽采等瓦斯综合抽采措施,最终使瓦斯抽采率达到86%,且可将回风流和回风上隅角的瓦斯浓度控制在安全范围内,有力保障了工作面的安全和高效生产。
For high gas mines,it is necessary to solve the problem of large gas emission during the mining of the working face.12507 working face of Tunlan Mine was taken as an example,the gas source of the 12507 working face was analyzed.On this basis,the optimization measures of ventilation system based on reasonable configuration of ventilation volume,reduction of air leakage in goaf and reduction of ventilation pressure difference were proposed,with comprehensive gas drainage measures such as pre-drainage along the seam,pre-drainage in the upper adjacent layer high and low long boreholes,pre-drainage in the bottom adjacent roadway in the bottom coal seam,and pipe mining in the goaf.The above measures ultimately brought the gas drainage rate to 86%,and the gas concentration of the air return flow and the upper corner of the air can be controlled within a safe range,which effectively guaranteed the safe and efficient mining.
