摘要
针对邢台矿综采工作面巷道超前使用单体支柱支护方式落后的现状,根据邢台矿地质条件,研制了端头及超前支护液压支架组。端头及巷道超前液压支架组采用迈步分体式结构,端头液压支架与综采工作面刮板输送机和顺槽转载机配套使用,随着工作面向前推移,能够推移转载机和刮板输送机,做到相互交替移架和及时支护,实现工作面连续生产,增加煤炭资源回收率,提高推进速度及生产效率。通过工业性试验,该端头及超前支护支架在邢台矿25306工作面很好地控制了运输顺槽出口20 m范围内的围岩变形,端头支架和运输转载机协调推进,为职工和顺槽设备提供了安全作业空间。
In view of the backward situation of using single support in fully mechanized working face,according to the geological conditions of Xingtai Mine,the hydraulic support group of end and advance support was developed.The hydraulic support group of end and advance support adopted step split structure.The hydraulic support of end was used together with scraper conveyor and transfer machine of fully mechanized working face,and can be pushed as the working face moves forward and transfer machine and scraper conveyor,to achieve mutual alternate frame transfer and timely support,to achieve continuous production of working face and increase the recovery rate of coal resources,improve the speed of promotion and production efficiency.Through the industrial test,the end support and the advance support in the25306 working face of Xingtai mine controlled the deformation of the surrounding rock within 20 m of the exit of the transportation roadway.The end support and the transportation transfer machine in coordination,provided a safe working space for the workers and the equipment.
