摘要
实战化训练是提升公安民警战斗力的重要途径。公安民警训练要实现实战化,首先应理解实战化训练本质内涵,确立战斗力需求;以满足战斗力需求为标准,构建实战化训练内容体系;掌握科学的实战化训练方法;着眼公安民警工作能力素质需求,划分层次和重点进行训练;建设实战化训练基地和设施,为公安民警实战化训练提供保障;依据实战标准组织考核和比武,把握实战化训练正确方向。
Actual combat training of police is an important way to improve the combat effectiveness of them.To realize the actual combat training of the police,efforts must be made to understand the essence of the actual combat training,set the combat effectiveness requirements,build a content system of actual combat training to meet the combat effectiveness requirements,master scientific combat training methods;focus on the ability and quality of policing needs,focus on the training of officers at different levels,build actual combat training bases and facilities,organize assessments and competitions according to actual combat standards,and keep actual combat training in the correct direction.
