摘要
目的:利用meta分析系统评价龙胆泻肝汤治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病的疗效。方法:检索主要的中英文数据库,搜索龙胆泻肝汤治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病的随机对照研究,检索时间为自建库以来至2020年2月21日。采用RevMan5.3对研究结果进行评价。结果:共检索出12篇符合纳入标准的文献,经meta分析结果显示,龙胆泻肝汤治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病疗效明显优于对照组(RR=6.74,95%CI=4.08~11.14,Z=7.45,P<0.00001),且复发率低于对照组(RR=0.31,95%CI0.12~0.80,Z=6.16,P=0.02<0.05)。结论:龙胆泻肝汤治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病疗效显著,但仍需高质量的随机对照研究进一步评估。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Longdan Xiegan decoction in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis using a meta-analysis system.Methods:Search the main Chinese and English databases to search for randomized controlled studies of Longdan Xiegan decoction in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.The search time is from the establishment of the database to February 21,2020.RevMan5.3 was used to evaluate the results of the study.Results:A total of 12 documents that met the inclusion criteria were retrieved.The meta-analysis results showed that Longdan Xiegan decoction was significantly better than the control group in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis(RR=6.74,95%CI=4.08-11.14,Z=7.45,P<0.00001,and the recurrence rate is lower than the control group(RR=0.31,95%CI 0.12~0.80,Z=6.16,P=0.02<0.05).Conclusion:Longdan Xiegan decoction treats vulvovaginal false silk Yeast disease has a significant curative effect,but high-quality randomized controlled studies are still needed for further evaluation.
