摘要
目的:探讨改良热压膜联冠透明器对安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]患者牙列整齐度及舒适性的影响。方法:选取2016年5月~2018年5月本院安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]患者104例,依据随机表法分为改压组(n=52)和Hawley组(n=52)。矫治结束后,改压组给予改良热压膜联冠透明保持器治疗,Hawley组给予Hawley保持器治疗,比较两组牙列整齐度及舒适性。结果:改压组和Hawley组保持器治疗后6、12、24个月上下颌的尖牙牙弓、磨牙牙弓宽度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);改压组治疗后6、12、24个月上下颌的Little指数明显低于Hawley组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。保持器治疗24个月后改压组佩戴舒适率明显高于Hawley组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良热压膜联冠透明器可提高安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]患者牙列整齐度,且舒适性更好,值得临床推广。
Objective:To discuss the effect of improved transparence apparatus of hot pressed membrane combined crown on the alignment and comfort of patients with Angle ClassⅡmalocclusion.Methods:The 104 patients with Angle ClassⅡmalocclusion in our hospital from May 2016 to may 2018 were selected,they were randomly divided into the pressure modification group(n=52)and Hawley group(n=52).The pressure modification group were treated with improved transparence apparatus of hot pressed membrane combined crown,the Hawley group were treated with Hawley retainer,the alignment and comfort of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the width of canine arch and molar arch between the pressure modification group and Hawley group at 6,12 and 24 months after treatment(P>0.05).The little index of upper and lower jaw in the pressure modification group at 6,12 and 24 months after treatment was significantly lower than that in the Hawley group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wearing comfort rate in the pressure modification group was significantly higher than that in the Hawley groupat 24 months after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved transparence apparatus of hot pressed membrane combined with crown can improve the alignment of patients with Angle ClassⅡmalocclusion,and it has the better comfort,it’s worth for further clinical promotion.
