高硫铝土矿反浮选中同步脱硫和脱硅的交互影响 被引量:3

摘要 针对重庆现有某低品位高硫铝土矿矿石性质,探索一种流程简单的选矿工艺——铝土矿反浮选同步脱硫脱硅。通过筛选,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为脱硅捕收剂,以丁基黄药为脱硫捕收剂,通过单矿物浮选试验初步研究矿浆中丁基黄药的存在对CTAB浮选高岭石性能的影响,以及矿浆中CTAB的存在对丁基黄药浮选黄铁矿性能的影响。结果表明,在pH=5.0时,丁基黄药的加入增强了CTAB对高岭石的浮选性能,回收率由42.81%增加到86.10%;CTAB的加入增强了丁基黄药对黄铁矿的浮选效果,回收率由83.57%增加到90.12%。通过红外光谱分析研究CTAB和丁基黄药在浮选中的交互影响可知,CTAB和丁基黄药在黄铁矿表面均会发生吸附,先加入丁基黄药再加入CTAB有利于黄铁矿的上浮,CTAB对黄铁矿吸附丁基黄药具有吸附增敏效应。根据单矿物试验得到的条件,使用上述两种药剂进行重庆某低品位高硫铝土矿同步脱硫脱硅1粗1精浮选试验,原矿中硫品位2.14%、氧化铝品位55.24%、铝硅比为3.64,获得了精矿产率为42.87%、硫品位为0.21%、Al2O3品位为63.14%、回收率为49.00%、铝硅比为5.29的较好指标。 Explore a simple beneficiation process flow for an existing low-grade bauxite Chongqing—Reverse Flotation synchronization desulfurization and silicon. By screening,cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)is a collector desilication to desulfurizing butyl xanthate collector Preliminary studies by a single pulp butyl xanthate flotation tests Effect of CTAB is present in the flotation of kaolinite properties,and the effect of the presence of CTAB pulp butyl xanthate pyrite flotation performance. The results showed that,at pH=5 when added butyl xanthate flotation enhanced performance of CTAB kaolinite time,increase the recovery rate of 42.81% 86.10%;CTAB is added to enhance the yellow iron butyl xanthate flotation ore recovery from the 83.57% increase to 90.12%;by infrared spectroscopy study of CTAB and interaction butyl xanthate in flotation seen,CTAB and butyl xanthate will occur in the pyrite surface adsorption,butyl xanthate was added to facilitate addition of CTAB floating pyrite,pyrite adsorption butyl xanthate adsorption sensitizing effect;mINERALS the test conditions obtained using the above two agents for a Chongqing low grade bauxite synchronization desulfurization test roughing silicon,sulfur ore grade of 2.14%,55.24% grade alumina,alumina-silica ratio was 3.64. Fine mineral was obtained in42.87%,a sulfur content of 0.21%,Al2 O3 grade of 63.14% recovery of 49.00%,aluminum-silicon ratio of 5.29 is a good indicator.
