摘要
武术套路运动的竞技化发展对武术套路运动员训练提出了更高要求,如何有效提升运动员身体稳定性,为武术套路运动动作完美呈现奠定良好稳定性基础,成为人们关注的重点问题。基于此,从理论与实践两个角度出发,就核心力量训练对青少年武术套路运动员身体稳定性作用进行了探讨,明确核心力量训练的必要性与重要性。
The competitive development of Wushu routine sports puts forward higher requirements for the training of Wushu routine athletes,how to effectively improve the physical stability of athletes,and lay a good foundation for the perfect presentation of Wushu routine sports movements,which has become the focus of attention.Based on this,this paper discusses the effect of core strength training on the physical stability of young Wushu routine athletes from two angles of theory and practice,and clarifies the necessity and importance of core strength training.
