摘要
目的分析积极心理暗示在母乳喂养中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1~6月在我院分娩的初产妇100例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各50例。对照组实施母乳喂养的常规宣教及护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予积极心理暗示干预,比较两组的喂养疼痛程度、并发症、母乳喂养率、新生儿体重及产妇满意度。结果观察组的新生儿体重、满意度评分高于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的纯母乳喂养率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极心理暗示可提高初产妇母乳喂养中纯母乳喂养率及护理满意度,缓解喂养疼痛,降低并发症发生风险,促进新生儿生长发育。
Objective To analyze the application value of positive psychological suggestion in breastfeeding.Methods A total of 100 primiparas with delivery in our hospital from January to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine education and nursing of breastfeeding,and the observation group was given positive psychological suggestion based on the control group.The pain degree of breastfeeding,complications,breastfeeding rate,neonatal weight and maternal satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The neonatal weight and score of satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the score of visual analogue scale(VAS)in observation group was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The exclusive breastfeeding rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive psychological suggestion can improve exclusive breastfeeding rate and nursing satisfaction of primipara,relieve pain of breastfeeding,decrease the incidence of complications,and promote neonatal growth and development.
