陕西省入境游客感知形象历时演变研究

摘要 基于Tripadvisor旅游网站的近10年陕西省旅游评论和游记内容,运用KH Coder软件分析了部分景区的入境游客感知形象。利用高频词和共现网络发现入境游客近10年对陕西的认知形象主要集中在旅游吸引物,旅游活动,旅游设施,旅游氛围4个方面。而关于情感形象方面,入境游客整体正向情感大于负向情感,但仅两年负向情感有增加的趋势。结合网站评论体系发现入境游客对陕西省近10年的整体感知形象评价较好,但2016年后低分评论的数量不降反增,其中主要集中在景区过度商业化、旅游服务与实际价值不符和旅游氛围糟糕等方面。 This article used KH Coder software to analyze the perceived image of inbound tourists in some scenic spots based on the travel reviews and travel notes of Shaanxi Province in the past 10 years on Tripadvisor travel website.With the high-frequency words and co-occurrence networks, it is found that inbound tourists' perception of Shaanxi Province in the past 10 years is mainly concentrated in four aspects: tourist attractions, tourist activities, tourist facilities, and tourist atmosphere. Regarding the emotional image, the positive sentiment of inbound tourists is greater than the negative sentiment, but the negative sentiment has increased in only two years. In combination with the website review system, it is found that inbound tourists have a good evaluation of the overall perceived image of Shaanxi Province in the past 10 years, but the number of low-scoring reviews has not decreased after 2016, and the number of comments has increased, mainly in the excessive commercialization of scenic spots, the problem of tourism services and actual value and bad tourist atmosphere.
