高职院校专业实践周教学模式的探索与实践

On the Practice-week Teaching Mode at Vocational Colleges

摘要 专业实践周已经成为我国高职院校培养应用技能型人才的重要举措。它根据学生的专业学习程度,以学年为阶段,以周为单位,由学校和企业联合开展实践操作,以提升高职院校教育教学活动的质量。本文全面梳理了高职院校开展实践周教学活动的制度建设、目标任务、实施步骤和考核方式,并总结了实践周开展过程中存在的问题,以期更好地发挥专业实践周在培养学生职业技能、职业素养中的作用,更好地为企业培养所需的专业技能型人才。 Practice-week program is now a commonly employed teaching mode in training skilled personnel at vocational colleges.According to students professional study program,colleges and enterprises jointly carry out the practice teaching on a weekly basis in terms of academic year.This paper comprehensively analyzes the construction of this teaching mode,its objectives and tasks,the implementation steps and assessment methods.The existing problems are summarized in order to help the colleges better play the role of the practice-week teaching in cultivating professional and skilled personnel required by enterprises.
