摘要
现代科学技术发展越来越快,有很多高新科学技术可以应用在建筑工程上,人们对于建筑工程的质量也有了更高的追求,保证建筑工程对环境的友好型,维持建筑工程的可持续发展。装配式建筑有很多传统建筑没有的优点,例如工程管理效率高,环境污染程度小,还能够减少建筑行业工程的成本,非常满足现代的建筑环境和要求。文章对BIM技术在装配式建筑质量管理应用的优势和策略展开研究和讨论。
With the rapid development of modern science and technology,a lot of high and new science and technology can be applied to construction engineering,and people have a higher pursuit for the quality of construction engineering,so as to ensure the environmental friendliness of construction engineering and maintain the sustainable development of construction engineering.Prefabricated buildings have many advantages that traditional buildings do not have,such as high efficiency of project management,low degree of environmental pollution,and can reduce the cost of projects in the construction industry,which can very meet the modern building environment and requirements.This paper studies and discusses the advantages and strategies of the application of BIM technology in prefabricated building quality management.
