摘要
目的:本文主要探讨消化内镜技术在消化道早癌诊断与治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取本院2018年3月-2020年2月收治150例高度疑似消化道早癌患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各75例。对照组行普通内镜诊断+传统外科手术治疗。治疗组行消化内镜技术诊断与治疗。分析对比两组早癌诊断情况、治疗效果及治疗费用情况。结果:以术后和后期随访病理检查确诊消化道早癌,对照组中有55例,治疗组中有57例。治疗组敏感性(96.49%)、准确性(84.00%)均高于对照组(85.45%、69.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组特异性(44.44%、25.00%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组的手术时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗费用少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与白光镜检查相比,应用消化内镜技术可提高消化道早癌诊断率,治疗效果显著,具有并发症少、住院时间短、恢复快、费用低的特点,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the application value of digestive endoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of early gastrointestinal cancer.Method:A total of 150 patients with suspected early gastrointestinal cancer in our hospital in recent 2 years were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,75 cases in each group.The control group received conventional endoscopic diagnosis and traditional surgical treatment.The treatment group was treated with digestive endoscopy.The diagnosis of early cancer,treatment effect and treatment cost of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Result:Pathological examination diagnosed early gastrointestinal cancer,there were 55 cases in the control group and 57 cases in the treatment group.The sensitivity (96.49%) and accuracy (84.00%) of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (85.45%,69.33%),and the differences were significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of the specificity (44.44%,25.00%),there was no significant difference (P>0.05).The operation time and hospital stay of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05),the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the treatment cost was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with white light microscopy,the application of digestive endoscopy can improve the diagnosis rate of early gastrointestinal cancer,and the treatment effect is significant.It has the characteristics of fewer complications,short hospitalization,quick recovery,and low cost.It is worthy of promotion.
