不同基质配比对温室辣椒叶片荧光参数及产量品质影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Substrate Ratios on Fluorescence Parameters and Yield and Quality of Pepper Leaves in Greenhouse

摘要 在河西走廊温室辣椒无土栽培中,以辣椒品种‘博陇(37-94)’为试材,研究了6种不同种类基质配比对辣椒叶片荧光参数及产量品质的影响.结果表明:采用处理A3(草炭:玉米秸秆:食用菌下脚料:珍珠岩:牛粪=1∶2∶1∶0.5∶0.5)的基质配比,辣椒叶片Fv/Fm与Fv/Fo的变化,在结果前期、中期、末期的数值最高,分别为0.69、0.63、0.67与3.05、2.90、2.81,显著高于其他处理;同时处理A3的辣椒产量最高可达4365.21 kg/667m^2,果实内可溶性固形物、维生素C、可溶性蛋白及游离氨基酸的含量,分别为5.63%、87.35 mg/100g、19.63 ug/g.FW^-1与131.25 mg/g.FW^-1,显著高于其他处理;这一结论可为本区温室辣椒无土栽培中实现高产优质化生产提供技术指导. In the soilless cultivation of pepper in the greenhouse of the Hexi Corridor,using pepper variety‘Bolong(37-94)’as a test material,the effects of six different kinds of substrates on the fluorescence parameters and yield and quality of pepper leaves were studied.The results showed that the substrate ratio of treatment A3(peat:corn straw:edible fungus scraps:perlite:cow dung=1:2:1:0.5:0.5),changes in Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo of pepper leaves.The results were highest in the early,middle,and final stages,which were 0.69,0.63,0.67,3.05,2.90,and 2.81.The results were significantly higher than those in other treatments.At the same time,the yield of peppers treated with A3 was up to 4385.21 kg/667m^2,and the soluble solids in the fruit,Vitamin C,soluble protein and free amino acid contents were 5.63%,87.35 mg/100g,19.63 ug/g.FW-1 and 131.25 mg/g.FW-1,which were significantly higher than other treatments.This conclusion can provide technical guidance for the realization of high-yield and high-quality pro⁃duction of pepper-free soil cultivation in Greenhouse in this district.
