汉语阅读流畅性缺陷儿童的筛查与分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究汉语体系下是否存在阅读流畅性缺陷儿童,及阅读流畅性测试对于全面筛选阅读障碍的重要性,旨在完善阅读障碍的筛选。方法采用瑞文推理测验、小学生识字量测试、阅读流畅性测试对上海市4所小学共1450名儿童进行测试,建立了阅读流畅性参考标准。采用1~2个标准差对阅读流畅性缺陷儿童进行筛选与分析。结果检测出阅读障碍儿童63名,汉语阅读流畅性缺陷儿童27名,单纯识字量缺陷儿童22人,双重缺陷儿童14人。汉语阅读流畅性缺陷儿童的检出率为1.86%,在阅读障碍儿童中占42.8%。结论①汉语体系中存在阅读流畅性缺陷儿童群体。②阅读流畅性测试在筛选阅读障碍儿童不可或缺,其对于健全完善阅读障碍儿童筛选系统十分重要。 Objective Explore the existence of children with reading fluency disability under the Chinese system and the importance of reading fluency testing for comprehensive dyslexia screening,in order to improve the screening methodology for dyslexia.Method In this study,A total of 1450 children in 3 primary schools in Shanghai were tested using the Raven's reasoning test,Pupils'literacy test,and reading fluency test.A reference standard for reading fluency was established,1-2 standard deviations to screen children with reading fluency disability were used.Results The tests detected 27 children with reading fluency disability,22 children with simple literacy deficits and 14 children with double disabilities.The screening results show the prevalence of children with reading fluency disability in Chinese was 1.86%,accounting for 42.8%of children with dyslexia.Conclusion This result proves the existence of a group of reading fluency disability in the Chinese system,and suggests the importance of the reading fluency test in screening children with reading disabilities.
