摘要
为了快速构建全折叠式随车起重机的三铰点,本文基于油缸的伸缩比定义无量纲比,建立三铰点无量纲化的数学模型;通过MATLAB计算寻求较优的无量纲比,借助于无量纲比构建三铰点;通过力矩比,验证所构建三铰点的力学变化及其合理性。
In order to construct the three hinge points of full folding-boom crane rapidly, the mathematical model of dimensionless of three hinge points is established, and the optimal dimensionless ratio is sought by MATLAB calculation based on the definition of dimensionless ratio of hydraulic cylinder telescopic ratio. The three hinge point is constructed with the help of dimensionless ratio, and the mechanical change and rationality of the three hinge point are verified by torque ratio.
