摘要
我国现阶段城镇化进程不断加速,随国土开发而来的生态问题逐渐引起社会关注,国土开发与生态环境和谐共生是城乡规划学、景观生态学等学科关注的重要议题。文章以杭州市临安区为研究对象,在对研究区域城市绿道生态基底、景观资源、基础设施进行综合适宜性分析的基础上,研判杭州市临安区的现状绿道问题,结合适宜性评价结果和浙江省、杭州市上位规划要求,尝试构建杭州市临安区绿道体系。研究表明,杭州市临安区城市绿道建设高适宜区域面积为205.03km2,占比6.56%,中适宜区域面积为524.60km2,占比16.78%,中高适宜区主要分布于东部建成区、中部横贯交通沿线、北部天目山、清凉峰风景旅游区等区域。在杭州市绿道网规划的基础上,最终确定临安区绿道系统“一横四纵”的规划布局方案,并进行了绿道驿站服务点的分级规划。
The current urbanization process in China is accelerating,and the ecological problems that follow with land development gradually attract social attention.The harmonious coexistence of land development and ecological environment is an important topic of concern in urban and rural planning,landscape ecology and other disciplines.This article takes Lin'an District of Hangzhou as the research object,based on the comprehensive suitability analysis of the urban greenway ecological base,landscape resources,and infrastructure in the study area,the current greenway problem in Lin'an District of Hangzhou City is studied,combined with the suitability evaluation results and the higher planning requirements of Zhejiang Province and Hangzhou City,sort out the construction ideas and models of the green road system in the hilly and hilly cities in the south of the Yangtze River,and further plan and design the urban green road network from three levels:the safety zone,the central city,and the core landscape.The research shows that the area suitable for urban greenway construction in Lin'an District of Hangzhou is 205.03km2,accounting for 6.56%,and the area suitable for medium area is 524.60km2,accounting for 16.78%.Along the route,the northern Tianmu Mountain,Qingliangfeng Scenic Area and other areas.On the basis of the Hangzhou greenway network planning,the"one horizontal and four vertical"planning layout plan of the greenway system in Lin'an District was finally determined,and the hierarchical planning of the service points of the greenway station was carried out.
