摘要
MG500在轧制过程中出现劈裂现象,通过金相组织分析、硬度检测等手段,发现其主要原因是轧辊点焊的焊道压入钢基体导致变形量不一致。并通过减少轧辊点焊数量,强化焊道质量等措施有效减少了MG500轧制劈裂现象的发生。
MG500 cracked during the rolling process.Through metallographic structure analysis and hardness testing,it was found that the main reason was that the weld bead of the roll spot welding was pressed into the steel matrix to cause inconsistent deformation.By reducing the number of roll spot welding and strengthening the quality of weld bead,the cracking phenomenon of MG500 rolling is effectively reduced.
