摘要
超大型浮体和传统海洋工程结构物尺度差别巨大,通常尺度会超过千米。考虑到整体建造难度,通常需要模块化建造,模块之间则通过连接器连接。海上作业中,超大型浮体连接器会承受巨大的海洋环境载荷,其动力响应特性直接影响超大型浮体的作业安全,是设计建造过程中的关键技术之一。针对三模块超大型浮式结构物,研究影响连接器自身安全和平台运动约束能力的关键参数,采用正交试验方法,根据所研究参数设计数值试验模型,分析试验结果,探究柔性连接器刚度参数对超大型浮体运动响应的影响,为其工程应用提供必要参考。
Very large floating structure(VLFS)is an ocean engineering structure with a scale of more than 1000 meters.Considering the overall construction difficulty,VLFSs usually need to be built in modules and connected by connectors.In the VLFS operation,the connector will withstand huge marine environmental loads,and its dynamic response characteristics directly affect the safety of the VLFS,which is one of the key technologies in the process of design and construction.Aiming at the three-module VLFS,the key parameters affecting the safety of the connector and the platform motion constraint ability are studied.In this paper,the numerical test model is designed by orthogonal test method.Then,the numerical test results are analyzed to study the effect of connector stiffness parameters on the safety of VLFS,which provides the necessary reference for the engineering construction of VLFS.
