黏土层的挤压破坏在自升式钻井平台插桩分析中的应用

摘要 自升式钻井平台桩腿穿刺分析是插桩分析的关键。对于上硬下软土层,常规的穿刺破坏模式分析方法即3:1分析方法在工作实践中应用较多。但对于大直径桩靴,利用常规穿刺破坏模式进行分析会遇到插桩预测深度不准确的问题。分析了常规穿刺破坏模式和黏土层的挤压破坏模式的发生机理,探讨了二者计算方法的不同之处及发生条件,并结合实际案例,验证了挤压破坏模式在“两强夹一弱”的土体结构中能够较准确地预测大直径桩靴的入泥深度,可为钻井平台穿刺分析提供一定的借鉴经验。 Punch-through analysis is the key to the analysis of jack-up rig penetration.For the case of hard soil overlying soft soil,the conventional analysis method of punch-through failure mode,i.e.3∶1 analysis method,is widely used in practice.However,the inaccurate problem of predicted penetration depth of jack-up rig with large diameter spudcans is encountered with the conventional analysis method.In this paper,the mechanism,the calculation method difference and the occurrence conditions are discussed between the clay squeezing failure mode and the punch-through failure mode.It is verified through practical examples that the squeezing failure mode can more accurately predict the penetration depth of the large-diameter spudcan in the soil structure of one weak layer between two strong layers.It can provide some reference experience for jack-up rig punch-through analysis.
