摘要
基于熵值法从经济发展、城市建设、社会保障、居民生活和环境质量等五个方面构建城市经济质量评价指标体系,阐释福建省城市经济的时空格局,利用引力模型方法分析2003—2017年间福建省城市经济联系.结果显示:福建省城市经济发展质量在空间上呈现东高西低的现象,且差距不断扩大;城市经济发展水平较高质量及以上的城市较少,对全省经济的带动作用还有较大提升空间;福建省城市经济的联系程度呈现沿海城市之间明显高于内陆城市,且其空间结构向以福州、泉州和厦门为核心的沿海城市连绵区格局演变;交通基础设施水平的提高使地理条件在沿海城市与内陆城市之间的经济联系局限不断减弱,联系强度和联系频率都有很大提高,对闽东北和闽西南两大协同发展区的建设具有很强的推动作用.随之提出相关政策建议以促进福建省区域经济协调发展.
Based on the entropy method,the urban economic quality evaluation index system was constructed from five aspects:economic development,urban construction,social security,residents'life and environmental quality,the temporal and spatial pattern of the urban economy in Fujian Province was expounded and analyzed the level of economic connection in cities from 2003 to 2017 using gravity model method.Results show that the urban economic development quality of Fujian Province was high in the east and low in the west,and the gap was widening;There were relatively few cities with high-quality economic development,and there was still much room for improvement in driving the provincial economy;the degree of economic linkages between coastal cities was significantly higher than that of the inland cities,and its spatial structure was evolving to a continuous area of coastal cities with Fuzhou,Quanzhou and Xiamen as the core;the improvement of the level of transportation infrastructure had caused the geographical conditions to weaken the economic connection between coastal cities and inland cities,and the strength and frequency of connections had been greatly improved.This was important for the development of the two large coordinated development areas in northeastern Fujian and southwest Fujian.The construction had a strong role in promoting,and then relevant policy recommendations were put forward to promote the coordinated development of the regional economy in Fujian Province.
