摘要
目的观察子宫腺肌症病灶切除手术结合术后放置曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌症的临床疗效,探讨临床应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月常州市妇幼保健院实施子宫腺肌症病灶切除术治疗的60例子宫腺肌症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采取子宫腺肌症病灶切除术,试验组在子宫腺肌症病灶切除术基础上,术后放置曼月乐治疗。比较两组治疗有效率、治疗前后月经期间疼痛程度评分、月经总量测定值、子宫体积、血红蛋白项目指标。结果试验组治疗有效率96.67%,高于对照组80.00%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组月经期间疼痛程度评分低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组月经总量低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组子宫体积小于治疗前,且小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组血红蛋白项目指标高于治疗前,且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫腺肌症患者选取子宫腺肌症病灶切除手术,术后放置曼月乐药物治疗,治疗效果良好。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of adenomyosis resection combined with postoperative Mirena in the treatment of adenomyosis,and to explore the clinical application value.Methods A total of 60 patients with adenomyosis who underwent adenomyectomy in Changzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with adenomyosis lesion excision,and the experimental group was treated with mirena after operation on adenomyosis lesion excision.The effective rate of treatment,pain score during menstruation before and after treatment,total menstrual volume,uterine volume calculation results,and hemoglobin item measurement were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the reference group 80.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the test group during menstruation was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total amount of menstruation in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The uterine volume in the experimental group was smaller than that before treatment and smaller than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The hemoglobin index in the experimental group was higher than that before treatment and higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adenomyosis patients selected adenomyosis lesion excision surgery post-operative placement of mirena drug treatment,the treatment effect is good.
