摘要
中电科资产经营有限公司在长期的管理实践中形成了“三控、三管、一协调”的工程项目管理理念。为实现管理理念与信息化技术、智慧建造技术、智能管控技术的完美融合,公司建设推广了“7+X+BIM”智慧管控系统,即通过7个核心应用实现了质量控制、投资(成本)控制、进度控制、合同管理、安全管理、信息管理和组织协调的信息化,通过若干个现场扩展应用实现了现场监控的智能化和智慧化,同时在核心应用和扩展应用中深度融入BIM技术。该系统在公司所属项目中全面推广,将工程项目的智慧管理模式扩展至项目管理的全过程,总结的施工管理经验可供其他施工项目借鉴。
In the long-term management practice,CETC Asset Management Co.,Ltd.has formed the engineering project management concept of"three controls,three managements and one coordination".To realize the perfect integration of management concept and information technology,intelligent construction technology and intelligent management and control technology,the company has developed and promoted the"7+X+BIM"intelligent management and control system.Namely,through seven core applications,the informatization of quality control,investment(cost)control,progress control,contract management,safety management,information management and organization coordination is realized;and through several field extended applications,the smart and intelligent on-site monitoring is realized;at the same time,the BIM technology is deeply integrated into core applications and extended applications.The system is fully promoted in the company's projects,and extends the intelligent management mode of engineering projects to the whole process of project management.The summarized construction management experience can be used for reference by other construction projects.
