摘要
结合上海浦东国际机场长时停车库连接匝道工程,对受限空间内预制构件吊装施工的方法进行了介绍。通过采用逐跨退吊方式进行吊装,并增设临时格构柱支架转换盖梁自重、立柱、盖梁同时注浆,解决了立柱、盖梁分开压浆施工周期长的问题,缩短了施工周期,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
Combined with the connecting ramp project of Shanghai Pudong International Airport long-term parking garage,the hoisting construction method of prefabricated components in confined space is introduced.By adopting span by span back lifting method,adding temporary lattice column support to transfer the self-weight of bent cap and conducting simultaneous grouting of columns and cap beams,the problem of long construction period of separate grouting of columns and cap beams is solved,the construction period is shortened and the reference can be provided for similar engineering.
