摘要
为了验证某皮卡轮毂防尘罩的性能,首先建立防尘罩的有限元模型,然后采用频率响应方法和重力场方法对其进行强度分析,分析结果表明其最大应力值均小于材料屈服值,满足强度性能设计要求。再对其进行约束模态分析,分析结果表明其前三阶频率均高于振动频率,符合动态特性要求。
Aiming at verifing the performance of a pickup hub dust cover. Firstly, the finite element model of dust cover was established. Secondly, it was strength analyzed by adopting frequency response method and gravity field method, the analysis result showed that its maximum stress was less than the material yield value, it could meet the strength performance design requirements. Lastly, its was constrained modal analyzed, the analysis result showed that its first three frequencies were higher than the vibration frequency, so it could meet the dynamic characteristics requirement.
