摘要
通过统计、分析新能源客车应用市场的反馈信息,出现的问题主要体现在新能源线路方面固定不牢造成的线束断开或插接件脱针方面;走向或固定不合理造成的管(线)路与固定体或其它部件发生碰撞与摩擦,发生磨穿、漏水、电阻值降低、报警方面;电线与油管布置不合理造成的着火等方面。本文对上述各类问题进行分析与研究,并抛锚到汽车运行过程中、生产过程中、设计过程中,寻找发生的原因,分析和创新应用非常规的零部件机构,从而提供有效的解决办法。
Through statistics and analysis of the feedback information of the new energy bus application market, the problems that arise are mainly reflected in the disconnection of the wire harness caused by the improper fixation of the new energy line or the disconnection of the connector;the tube(line) caused by the unreasonable orientation or fixation Collision and friction between the road and the fixed body or other parts, wear and tear, water leakage, reduction of resistance value, alarm;fire caused by unreasonable arrangement of wires and tubing. This paper analyzes and studies the above-mentioned various problems, and breaks down into the car’s operation, production, and design process to find the cause, analyze and innovate the application of unconventional parts and components, so as to provide effective solutions.
