摘要
对某一门式钢架厂房的H型钢柱进行非破坏性拆除及构件性能检测评估,根据评估结果对旧H型钢柱进行了腹板补强,并以格构柱形式重新应用到新结构中。在当今绿色、环保和建筑节能的发展趋势下,研究并提出了一套旧H型钢柱加工改造的施工方法,实现了老旧厂房钢构件再利用。
This project makes non-destructive demolition,component performance testing and evaluation H-shaped column of portal rigid frame in a old factory.According to the evaluation results,the old Hshaped column is strengthened by web.It is used to the new structure in the form of the lattice columns.Today,green,environmental protection and building energy efficiency are the development trend,and this paper studies and proposes a set of construction methods for the transformation of old H-shaped columns.The purpose of reusing old steel components can be achieved.
