4个菜豆品种种子特征特性及活力比较

摘要 以4个出口菜豆品种NANO BOBIS SLANDERETTE N.3、NANO BOBIS SLANDERETTE N.1、NANO BOBIS SLANDERETTE N.4、PRODUCER为研究材料,测定种子物理特性、发芽特性和活力表现。结果表明:4个菜豆种子长度>宽度>厚度,且长、宽、厚之间差异达到了极显著水平(p<0.01),4个菜豆种子优良度很高且差异不显著(p>0.05),PRODUCER硬实率高达68%,其他品种无硬实,破除PRODUCER品种硬实最佳措施为浓硫酸处理25 min.。发芽试验表明,菜豆幼苗为子叶出土的双子叶植物幼苗,幼苗鉴定分组编码为:A.2.1.2.2,电导率测定结果与标准发芽试验结果相一致,PRODUCER菜豆活力>NANO BOBIS SLANDERETTE N.4菜豆>NANO BOBIS SLANDERETTE N.3菜豆>NANO BOBIS SLANDERETTE N.1菜豆。在生产实践中,为保证全苗并节省种子,NANO BOBIS SLANDERETTE N.3和NANO BOBIS SLANDERETTE N.4应增加10%左右播种量,NANO BOBIS SLANDERETTE N.1增加60%的播种量。通过逆境试验可知,4个菜豆品种对环境水分和温度非常敏感,在逆境条件下存在严重的吸胀损伤、冷害损伤和寒害损伤而导致大部分种子丧失生活力,且表现为对芽的伤害大于根的伤害这一特征。 This article took Gansu Rui ZHeng seed industry development Co.,Ltd.Production of four cultivars for export.NANO BOBIS SLANDERETTE N.3、NANO BOBIS SLANDERETTE N.1、NANO BOBIS SLANDERETTE N.4、PRODUCER as the research material,by physical features,germination characteristics and dynamic performance.The results showed that:four bean seed length was greater than the width the width was greater than the thickness.and its length,width,and thickness of between a very significant level(p<0.01),four high degree of good bean seed and the difference was not significant(p>0.05),PRODUCER hard real rate of 68%,no other species Hard,hard to get rid of the best measures of PRODUCER variety handle 25 minutes of concentrated sulfuric acid.Germination experiments showed that kidney bean seedling cotyledon unearthed dicot seedlings.Seedling identification packet was encoded as:A.2.1.2.2,conductivity measurement results and the standard germination test results were consistent.PRODUCER phaseolus vulgaris vitality was greater than NANO BOBIS SLANDERETTE N.4 Phaseolus vulgaris was greater than NANO BOBIS SLANDERETTE N.3 Phaseolus vulgaris was greater than NANO BOBIS SLANDERETTE N.1 Phaseolus vulgaris.In the production practice to ensure that all seedlings and seed saving,NANO BOBIS SLANDERETTE N.3 and NANO BOBIS SLANDERETTE N.4.It should increase seeding rate of about 10%,NANO BOBIS SLANDERETTE N.1should increase seeding rate of about 60%.Through adversity experiment showed four common bean arieties on the environment and the water temperature was very sensitive scores.Imbibition serious damage under stress conditions,cold drought damage and damage caused by the cold dry most of the seeds,lose viability and performance of the damage was greater than the root bud damage this feature.
