摘要
目的:探讨儿童近视的原因及防护保健措施的实施效果。方法:选取来医院体检中的106例近视患儿,对其实施针对性防护保健措施、认知干预以及行为护理教育等,对比前后视力情况。结果:使用3C产品视力下降的50例(占47.17%),环境影响的26例(占24.53%),饮食、营养等因素影响的16例(占15.09%),遗传因素影响的14例(占13.21%);实施保健预防措施后的评分患儿、患儿家属对其掌握程度显著高于保健预防措施之前的评分(P<0.05)。结论:使用3C产品是视力下降的主要因素,针对可能导致视力下降的影响因素,实施防护保健措施,能明显的改变假性近视、中性近视的状况。
Objective:To analyze the cause of children myopia and protective effect of care measures.Methods:106 cases of hospital medical myopia patients,care measures for the implementation of targeted protection,cognitive intervention and behavior of nursing education,the eyesight before and after comparison.Results:using the 3 c product vision loss of 50 cases,accounted for 47.17%,the environmental impact of 26 cases,accounted for 24.53%,the impact of factors such as diet,nutrition,16 cases,accounted for 15.09%,14 cases of genetic factors,accounting for 13.21%;Health care prevention measures after the score of children and families of children with the master degree is significantly higher than the health care prevention measures before the score(P<0.05).Conclusion:use the 3 c products is a major cause of vision loss,in view of the influence factors may lead to decreased vision,protective care measures,can significantly change pseudomyopia,neutral myopic.
