个体化全程健康教育模式在糖尿病患者护理中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨在糖尿病患者的护理中采用个体化全程健康教育的护理效果。方法:选取136例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,依据简单随机化法将其分为观察组和对照组,各68例。对照组患者采取常规护理模式,观察组患者采取个体化全程健康教育模式,比较两组患者护理前后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖变化水平、疾病健康知识掌握的优良率以及护理后生活质量评分。结果:观察组患者护理后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖值均低于对照组,观察组患者疾病健康知识掌握的优良率高于对照组,观察组患者护理后的生活质量评分也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在糖尿病患者的临床护理中,采用个体化全程健康教育模式,可提高患者对疾病的认知度,有利于其保持良好的生活习惯,更好地控制血糖,提升生活质量。 Objective:To study the nursing effect of individualized whole course health education in the nursing care of patients with diabetes.Methods:A total of 136 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups:Observation Group and Control Group(68 cases each).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given individual health education,the changes of Fasting Blood Glucose,2 h Postprandial Blood Glucose,excellent rate of disease health knowledge and quality of life after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The Fasting Blood Glucose and 2 hour Postprandial Blood Glucose of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the excellent and good rate of the disease knowledge of the Observation Group was higher than that of the Control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical care of patients with diabetes,the use of individualized whole-course health education model can improve patient's cognition of disease,help to maintain good living habits,better control blood sugar,and help to improve their quality of life.
