摘要 为了研究高铝粉煤灰作为活性剂对钨极氩弧焊电弧特性的影响规律,继而明确复合成分活性剂调控焊接电弧增加焊缝熔深的机制。基于自行开发的数据采集平台,进行了实时焊接电流、电压、焊接热循环的数据采集;基于霍尔传感器测量了电弧电流密度及其作用半径;用自制的电弧力测量装置,研究了工件表面涂覆活性剂对电弧综合作用力的影响。实验结果说明,涂覆在工件表面的活性剂在高能的等离子弧的作用下将形成复杂气氛,复杂的气氛导致焊接过程中的电弧动态特性及其电弧力产生改变,继而影响焊缝的形貌。 In this paper,we identify tungsten argon arc physical characteristics influenced by the added active flux of high alumina fly ash,and suggest the underlying mechanism for increasing weld penetration.Real-time welding current,voltage and welding thermal cycles were measured.Welding current distribution area was identified by using a Hall sensor.The combined force of welding arc with and without active flux was illustrated using a self-made arc force measuring device.The experimental results show that the active flux of high alumina fly ash can create a complex atmosphere in the high-energy plasma arc.The formation of the complex atmosphere absorbs more heat from the welding arc system than that without active flux.This energetic process leads to the change of the arc dynamic characteristics and the variation in the arc force during tungsten argon welding,thus changing the weld shape.
