摘要
如何加快饲料企业走出去的步伐,提升企业乃至整个行业在国际上的影响力和竞争优势,人才是其中的重要推动力。本文在对我国饲料行业走出去的国际化人才特征分析基础上,针对我国饲料行业在国际化人才走出去战略部署中遇到的瓶颈进行探讨,最终提出中国饲料行业国际化人才走出去战略部署对策,希望能给予其更多的指导和参考。
How to speed up the pace of going out of feed enterprises,improve the influence and competitive advantage of enterprises and even the whole industry in the world,talent is an important driving force.Therefore,based on the analysis of the characteristics of the international talents in China’s feed industry,this paper discusses the bottleneck in the strategic deployment of the international talents in China’s feed industry,and finally puts forward the strategic deployment of the international talents in China’s feed industry,hoping to give more guidance and reference.
