摘要
为贵州省大豆高产栽培合理施肥提供理论技术支撑,设置氮钾2因素4水平试验,研究不同氮钾营养对黔豆7号光合生理及产量的影响。结果表明:各生育期均以高氮处理的光合速率较高;蒸腾速率在分枝期均较大,以中氮高钾和高氮处理的蒸腾速率较大;气孔导度高氮处理最大,中氮高钾处理其次;分枝期和开花结荚期养分含量对大豆叶绿素相对含量影响较大;产量以高氮中钾处理最高(175.31kg/667m^2),低氮处理最低(118.4kg/667m^2)。在一定程度上施用一定量的氮钾肥可提高大豆产量。
In order to provide the theoretical and technological support for rational fertilization of highyield cultivation of soybean in Guizhou Province,two factors and four levels of nitrogen and potassium experiment is employed to study the effects of different nitrogen and potassium nutrient on photosynthetic physiology and yield of Qiandou 7.Result:The photosynthetic rate of high-nitrogen treatment at various growth stages is higher.The transpiration rate at branching stage is higher,and the transpiration rate of moderate-nitrogen high-potassium treatment and high-nitrogen treatment is higher.The stomatal conductance of high-nitrogen treatment is higher,followed by moderate-nitrogen high-potassium treatment.Nutrient content at branching and flowering and pod-setting stages has great effect on relative chlorophyll content in soybean.The yield of high-nitrogen moderate-potassium treatment and low-nitrogen treatment is the maximum and the minimum,respectively 175.31 kg/667 and 118.4 kg/667 m^2.Applying certain amount of nitrogen and potassium fertilizer can increase soybean yield to a certain extent.
