基于solidworks的快开人孔参数化设计与运动仿真 被引量:1

摘要 以不锈钢快开人孔为例,对快开人孔重要组成部件如上下法兰、球冠形封头、筒节、压紧块等进行零件建模,建立所有零件参数化设计表,并将零件装配组合。通过参数化设计的方法实现快开人孔装配体三维参数化驱动设计。利用solidworks仿真模块实现快开人孔结构的运动功能,模拟和考察人孔盖与筒体的开合工作动作、压紧块压紧过程,活节螺栓与螺母配合等工作过程,来验证人孔结构的合理性。 The stainless steel quick opening manhole is focused on,and the modeling of the important components of quick opening manhole is conducted,such as upper and lower flange,spherical cap,barrel joint and compaction block.The parametric design tables are established for all parts to be assembled.The three-dimensional parametric driving design of stainless steel fast opening manhole is realized by parametric design method.Solidworks simulation module is used to realize the movement function of fast opening manhole,such as the opening and closing state of manhole top cover and cylinder body,the animation of compaction process of compaction block,and the animation of joint bolt and nut.Through motion simulation analysis,the rationality of the manhole structure is investigated.
