摘要
“四轮一带”车间建设中,针对行动系统产品批量小、品种多、体积各异的特点,应用成组技术对产品进行分类,将分散的小批量汇集为较大的成组生产量,之后依据分类构建不同类型的柔性机械加工生产线及柔性装配生产线,提升了设备的负荷率、工艺规程编制效率,同时降低了投资成本;将信息采集技术、PLC控制技术与生产管理系统、质量管理系统进行系统集成,应用于柔性机械加工及柔性装配生产线中,对生产订单、生产计划及生产过程的产品信息、设备信息、物料信息、质量信息、作业进程等实施监测、控制、管理和决策,提高了产品质量,提升了企业的管理能力及制造水平。实践表明,集成制造是一种高效、可行的生产技术,是现代工业生产重要的解决方案,具有广泛的应用前景。
In the construction of workshop of four wheels and one belt,according to the characteristics of small batch,many varieties and different volumes of action system products,the group technology was applied to classify the products,the scattered small batches were collected into large group production capacity,and then different types of flexible machining production lines and flexible assembly lines were constructed according to the classification.Which improved the equipment load rate and process planning efficiency,and at the same time reduced the investment costs.It was integrated that information collection technology and PLC control technology with production management system and quality management system,and it was applied to flexible machining and flexible assembly production line,which realized monitoring,control,management and decision-making of production order,production plan and product information,equipment information,material information,quality information,operation process,etc.,and improved product quality,management ability and manufacturing level of enterprises.The practice showed that integrated manufacturing was an efficient and feasible production technology,and was an important solution for modern industrial production,which had a wide application prospect.
