摘要
75岁女性患者,右小腿肿块逐渐增大6个月。右侧胫骨上段内侧可触及一3cm×4cm大小肿块,边界清晰,质软,轻度压痛,与周围组织粘连,表面皮温略高。组织病理示:肿瘤以轮辐状排列为主,梭形细胞间夹杂高度多形性细胞,间质混杂多量炎性细胞,肿瘤累及真皮、皮下组织及深筋膜。诊断:恶性纤维组织细胞瘤。
A 75-year-old female patient, with the right calf mass which had been gradually increasing for 6 months, was admitted to our hospital in March 2013. Dermatological conditions revealed a 3 cm×4 cm mass on the medial side of the upper tibia, with clear borders, soft texture, mild tenderness, adhesion to surrounding tissues, and slightly higher surface skin temperature. Histopathologic findings showed that the tumor cells was mainly arranged in sheets of striatum, with highly pleomorphic cells interspersed between spindle cells and inflammatory cells in the stroma, and the tumor involved dermis, subcutaneous tissue and deep fascia. Diagnosis was malignant fibrous histiocytoma with partial mucinous degeneration.
