摘要
通过搜集古医籍及现代医家临床经验,总结出红曲具有以下特点:汤剂用量多为0.46~30 g,常用剂量6~15 g,散剂用量范围为20.7~37 g。根据疾病、证型、症状寻求最佳用量,如止痢消食和胃治疗消化性疾病(细菌性痢疾,慢性结肠炎,食积,痞满,呕吐等),为0.46~15 g;降脂泄浊治疗代谢性疾病(高脂血症,糖尿病,高血压,高尿酸血症,脂肪肝),为5~20 g。根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如降脂泄浊常配伍山楂、荷叶、绞股蓝、桑叶、泽泻、决明子;活血消积常配伍山楂、荷叶、大黄、当归、肉桂等;止痛疗伤常配伍红花、苏木、乌头、牛膝、杜仲等。
Through the collection of ancient medical books and the clinical experience of modern doctors, it is concluded that hongqu has the following characteristics: The dosage of decoction is mostly 0.46-30 g, the usual dosage is 6-15 g, and the dosage of powder is in the range of 20.7-37 g. According to the difference of diseases, type of syndrome and symptoms, we choose the best dosage. For instance, using its stopping diarrhea and relieving dyspepsia to treat digestive diseases(Bacterial dysentery, chronic colitis, dyspepsia, vomiting, distention and fullness, etc), its dosage is 0.46-15 g. Using its lowering lipid and eliminating turbid to treat metabolic diseases(hyperlipidemia, diabetes, hypertension, hyperuricemia, fatty liver), its dosage is 5-20 g. When treating different diseases, syndromes type and symptoms, it is compatible with different herbs. For example, it is often compatible with Fructus Crataegi, Folium Nelumbinis, Gynostemma Pentaphylla, Folium Mori, Rhizoma Alismatis, Semen Cassiae to lower lipid and eliminate turbid. It is often compatible with Fructus Crataegi, Folium Nelumbinis, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Cortex Cinnamomi to promote blood circulation and eliminate amassment. It is often compatible with Flos Carthami, Lignum Sappan, Radix Aconiti and Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Cortex Eucommiae to relieve pain and heal wound.
