摘要
在透水混凝土中掺入6、12 mm的玄武岩纤维,研究玄武岩纤维透水混凝土在不同掺量下的力学性能和透水性能。研究结果表明:随着玄武岩纤维掺量的增多,透水混凝土抗压和抗折强度先升高后降低。掺入12 mm玄武岩纤维的透水混凝土,28 d抗折强度在纤维掺量为0.1%时抗折强度最高为6.3 MPa,较素透水混凝土提高110%。加入玄武岩纤维后,透水混凝土的透水性能有所降低,但掺量为0.1%时,仅下降了约2%,因此综合考虑力学性能和透水性能,透水混凝土适宜掺入12 mm玄武岩纤维,且掺量为0.1%。
The mechanical and permeable properties of basalt fiber pervious concrete are studied under different dosage of basalt fiber mixed with 6 mm and 12 mm in pervious concrete.The results show that the compressive and flexural strength of pervious concrete increase first and then decrease with the increase of the amount of basalt fiber.The flexural strength of 28 d permeable concrete mixed with12 mm basalt fiber is the highest when the fiber content is 0.1%,and the flexural strength is 6.3 MPa,which is 110%higher than that of plain pervious concrete.After adding basalt fiber,the permeability of pervious concrete decreased,but when the mixing amount was 0.1%,it only decreased by about 2%.Therefore,considering the mechanical properties and permeability,the permeable concrete is suitable for adding 12 mm basalt fiber and the mixing content is 0.1%.
